Our Classes

We offer a range of community fitness classes that are fully inclusive and suitable for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. You will be shown high and low options throughout the sessions and all we ask is that you listen to your body and work at a pace that suits you.

No Co-ordination? No problem! It honestly does not matter if ‘you go the wrong way’ or ‘do the wrong thing’ in fact we say that there is no such thing! Here at Pink Fox Fitness we care more about the size of your smile then anything else.

All of our classes have an amazing community of people who are non-judgmental, supportive and empowering. Creating a safe space for you to get an effective full body workout where you can really let go and have some fun whilst working towards your fitness goals, whatever they may be.

We take a variety of class formats and combine them to put a spotlight in your mental and physical wellness. In a friendly, judgement and pressure free community, we unite to give back and put some good back into the world.

Our Parks Classes

These FREE Bootcamp style workout will give you a full body workout that you won’t get bored of.  This class is suited to all levels, you will be shown exercise modifications so you can take the session completely at your own pace!

You'll only need to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout and please bring your own mat. Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
