We help women who are struggling to manage their weight, achieve the results they want and sustain them! Our Transformation Tribe is here to switch your mindset, create a positive relationship with food and your body whilst enjoying the process and not feeling like you’re constantly dieting.

This 6-week course is designed for women ready to break free from restrictive diets and build healthy, balanced habits that last a lifetime.

Unlike typical weight-loss programs, we’re shifting the focus from the scale to empowering you on your unique journey. Our Transformation Tribe is about education, support, and embracing sustainable lifestyle changes that create real, lasting results.

Led by certified nutrition coach Kelly, this program equips you with the tools you need to reach your goals in a way that feels enjoyable and realistic—so you can savor the foods you love without guilt and finally feel in control of your nutrition.

Whats it all about?

During the Course We Will Cover…

  • In Week 1 we will discover how to create SMART goals, create a positive mindset to kickstart your weight management journey and cover the basics on energy balance…

  • Week 2 dives deeper into our individual goals (these will not be shared), how to track in a way that suits you, why not to rely on your scales and how to read food labels.

  • Week 3 really breaks down the importance of building & maintaining muscle mass, what happens to us as we age, the importance of consuming enough protein and why we exercise.

  • We cover a lot in week 4 starting with carbs! We talk about why they have a bad reputation, bust all myths around this and discover why we need to eat them! We also discuss the role of fats in our diet, what to look for! Strategies for weight management including volume eating and recipe ideas!

  • In Week 5 we talk about all things hydration, why this is important and why it has a huge impact on your weight management goals. We also discuss how to set up for success, creating a supportive environment, meal prepping and much more!

  • Last but not least week 6! We will lay out how sleep & stress can affect our journeys plus discuss emotional eating and give you strategies to help combat this.

  • Don’t think that once you’ve hit the end of this course that is it! Oh no! We have options for you. You can repeat the course and continue to attend, or you can pay as you go and drop in on weeks that you want to go over. You will remain in our Facebook Support Group where you can ask any questions. And don’t forget we can offer one to one or small group session support with our qualified personal trainers.
