Hey there! I’m Kelly, and if you’ve ever felt out of place in a gym or overwhelmed by the thought of starting a fitness journey, you’re in the right spot, trust me I have been there. For a long time, I didn’t enjoy exercise. I have never been able to step into a gym because it just fills me with utter dread! And joining a class where everyone seemed to know each other? That was the worst! Never have I ever felt so out of place. I know how it feels to be the newcomer, unsure and maybe a little intimidated by the whole fitness scene.

That’s why I became a personal trainer, to turn those experiences around and create a space where everyone, especially beginners and those who’ve been away from exercise for a while, feels truly welcome and supported. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, non-judgemental, and entirely focused on you. Whether our trainers are working with you one-on-one, in a small group, or online, our goal is to make fitness a positive part of your life, something that feels good, fits your lifestyle, and helps you grow in confidence every step of the way.

Who We Are

Our approach is all about making fitness fun, accessible, and, most importantly, comfortable for those just starting out or for those returning to exercise. As a trauma-informed company, we know how crucial it is to feel safe in your workout environment. Whether you’re nervous about getting started or worried about fitting exercise into your busy life, we’re here to guide you with a warm, friendly approach that’s all about working at your pace.

Both of our trainers, Kelly & Kirsty, are qualified in delivering fitness from a trauma-informed approach. Which means that we will meet you at what level you are at each day. This is NOT a go hard or go home approach. This is about finding a solution that works for you in an environment that you feel comfortable in.

How Can We Help?

We offer one-on-one and small group personal training sessions, and if meeting in person isn’t your thing, we also provide online coaching. The best part? We’re mobile! We come to you, whether that’s in your home, a local park, or another spot where you feel comfortable.

  • Flexible Training Options: Busy schedule? We completely get it. We are here to help you fit fitness into your life in a way that feels manageable and realistic.

Our sessions are all about you. After a free consultation to get to know each other and understand your goals, we’ll create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle. You’ll have access to support and encouragement from our trainers outside of your sessions, so you’re never on this journey alone.

Session Pricing: £40 per session, with a minimum booking of 3 sessions in advance. For those looking to commit, we offer a bulk buy discount: Book 10 sessions, and your 10th is free!

Small Group Sessions: Session prices start from £50 per session
