With my background in personal training, pre/postnatal fitness, and nutrition, I offer expert guidance to make fitness accessible, no matter where you’re starting. I also take a trauma-informed approach, respecting your unique pace and needs.

Hi, I’m Kirsty, and I know what it’s like to dream big while facing setbacks and self-doubt. Fitness has been my anchor, helping me find resilience and joy, even in tough times. Inspired by Kelly and the supportive community at Pink Fox Fitness, I decided to turn my passion into a career and became a certified personal trainer in 2023.
As part of the Pink Fox team, I’m here to help you build strength, boost confidence, and rediscover a love for movement. I believe that fitness is more than exercise—it’s a pathway to feeling happier, healthier, and stronger.
