What is BOOSTfit?

With heart-pumping popular music, stress busting beats and soul empowering songs BOOSTfit is on a mission to give your body and mind a workout you will never get bored of.

We take a variety of class formats and combine them to put a spotlight on your mental and physical wellness. In a friendly, judgement and pressure free community.

About the Sections

  • The BOOSTfit warm-up eases you in with upbeat music and dynamic movements designed to raise your heart rate and loosen up your muscles.

  • The Stress Bust section is focused on releasing tension and getting rid of any negativity. Set to powerful, stress busting beats, this segment allows us to punch and kick away our stress bubbles away.

  • This section is all about lifting your spirits with fun, feel-good moves set to uplifting music. This part of the class focuses on light-hearted, energising exercises that let you fully enjoy the moment, leaving you feeling positive, confident, and ready to take on anything.

  • Here we focus on building power and endurance with bodyweight and resistance exercises. Set to motivating music, this part targets all major muscle groups, helping you feel stronger and more resilient with each class.

  • Before we stretch we like to end with some cheesy music, to bring your heart rate down and have some more fun before finishing!

  • Finally, we enter our stretch section. This part of the class was put together by our BOOSTfit Osteopath to give you the best stretch after class. Moving gently through all the muscle groups to reduce aching and leave you feeling amazing.

Broad Oak Village Hall

Location: Broad Oak Village Hall, Broad Oak, Heathfield

Classes: Mondays and Thursdays at 19:30 - 20:30

Parking: There is plenty of parking right outside this hall.

Access: There is disabled access if needed.

Toilets: The toilets are right next to the hall should you need them before, during and after class!

Cross In Hand Village Hall

Location: Cross In Hand Village Hall, Cross In Hand, Heathfield

Classes: Mondays at 09:15 - 10:00

Parking: There is plenty of parking right outside this hall.

Access: There is disabled access if needed.

Toilets: The toilets are right next to the hall should you need them before, during and after class!

St Michaels Church

Location: St Michaels Church Hall, Rotherfield Rd, Jarvis Brook, Crowborough

Classes: Wednesdays at 19:30 - 20:30

Parking: There is plenty of parking right outside this hall. Please park around the hall and block each other in.

Access: There is disabled access if needed.

Toilets: The toilets are right next to the hall should you need them before, during and after class!
